ah! knock next time

mp3/mp4 on here requires that i be a supporter...considering it, because i intended for my music to be listened to all in one place. but for now, youtube will suffice... i birthed them all. onlinesequencer is my midwife, you know.

my onlinesequencer account and the youtube aand the musescore

im doing because We all just want to be loved.

This All for

You need to Remember where you came from, after all.

note* book notebookfor notes, for bookFor .you

*note: notes are scattered in this entire house because nobody cleans up after themselves. actually, disclaimer: this room specifically has the least amount of notes. you're probably better off going to the note store if you're really looking for notes, you know.

gonna start notating all of my past music!!

the first

im so gonna do 'it leaves me in a trance' [WHENVER TIME]. ive always been curious about the second half and all the chords i used there. but ill do it on paper because musescore is pretty exhausting... [jandan mallet perc arrangement sort of completed. i think it's so cute and i would love to see an ensemble perform it. it's in quite the easy key but some of the sticking is kind of tricky]

okay ive foudn some pretty neat tactics i just Had to try out so im back at music making sooner than i thought

mix of someone's suggestion to make a sequence without listening back to it. so then i had the idea to finally take all the stuff ive been writing but not fully hearing and just smash them together. i have been playing bits of the piano piece to my ability + okay in the end i did do a couple listen backs to get the mixing right but man was that a good exercise. also i fucking love augmented chords they can take you anywhere

some more thoughts because i needed time to process what ive been working on lol...the sequence is based on these beautiful clouds i saw on the highway (insert photo). i suppose the sequence isnt really about the clouds per se but my Want... my hearts been tugging at itself in all these different directions and i havent been able to decipher it. my heart has been aching so much i figured the only remedy is to make music again

holy shit this took a minute

this one for [5]. not sure if i want to make the eyes transparent bc i really like how strong the colors look. i literally just said linear motion is super obvious but i wanted it here anyway Life Is Too Short

woo [3]

used Pixelorama for this...very awesome... glad i animated [3] first because man that taught me a lot of stuff. 1. keyframes are super important and helpful 2. plan motion ahead of time before making each frame, because linear motion is obvious to the eyes (similar to how dissonance is jarring to the ears) 3. colors in the same spot after a frame are also noticeable, on a side note you should probably watch some videos on inbetweening to make things consistent

havent animated in a long long time but i still got the hang of it, hopefully this project will push me to improve. i love pixel art

the dream journal video was a nightmare to make, i hope you never make anything like that ever again. it didnt even turn out right

the uncorrupted file

i like it because it was unintentional. the colors are derived from the instruments in the beginning of the sequence the animation/design doesnt really have a meaning other than It just looks cool! would have animated more if i didnt make the process so horrible
